Founder & PDR Specialist
With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, Roberto “Jowi” Mojica has built his career around craftsmanship, precision, and a lifelong passion for automotive repair.
His journey began in Puerto Rico at just 11 years old, learning auto body repair alongside his father. He later received formal training in Auto Body Repair & Refinishing, earning his professional certification in 2001 and developing extensive hands-on experience in collision repair, metalwork, welding, refinishing, and vehicle restoration.
After decades in the collision industry, Roberto expanded his expertise into Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), completing an intensive 180-hour professional PDR training program with The Ding King in California.
In 2023, he founded Luxury Island PDR, combining traditional collision repair knowledge with modern PDR techniques to provide high-quality dent and hail damage repairs while preserving the vehicle’s original factory finish whenever possible.
